The practical part focuses on creating of business plan shop with cheese and another delicatessen.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for Establishment of the Small Company with a focus on the production of excessive footwear. In the theoretical part it defines the basic concepts relating to the business, business plan, distribution of enterprises by legal form of the Czech Republic and marketing analyses. The second part is devoted to marketing analysis. In the practical part, the actual business plan is created.

The aim of this bachelor work is to lay a foundation for the implementation of a business plan. In particular, the goal of the business is to provide secured accommodation. The building intended for this purpose is going to serve people who cannot take care of themselves anymore. In the theoretical part there will be described ways of donation, funding and possible options of the actual realization of the business plan. All of the information which will have been discovered in the theoretical part will be applied in the practical part. At the end of this work all of the options will be evaluated.

The second part contains practical solutions for business plan. The thesis is based on competition and market analysis, potential customers and marketing research. The result is a comprehensive project to establish the kart´s track with the bar.
